Success Story: 
A great example of this is when our technical team in Asia observed an overheating problem on a PCBA board inside the over-molded connector on a customer specified cable assembly. Our technical team recognized the issue and was quick to react and wanted to fix the issue before it became a significant problem.
The customer was not initially concerned with the over-heating issue, but our technical team felt it jeopardized the customer’s product quality and built a test jig to diagnose the root cause. Cabletree held the product shipment and suggested a fix to our customer to prevent the over-heating and they agreed.
Our customer appreciated the proactive engineering support and was grateful that Cabletree prevented and avoided the quality issue before the customer started mass production. Cabletree earned the trust of their customer and will always be part of their product team going forward.
