What is a 360 Rotation Test Machine?
Most test machines perform a 180 degree rotation test, NOT 360. But we thought that a 360 degree rotation test was important, so we built a machine to do it in house here at Cabletree.

We developed this machine to test if an assembled cable can pass the 360 degree rotary pull test (strain relief test). Most companies only request a “raw cable” rotation test. We test the final assembly, to prove the cable assembly is still workable under different circumstances - to control cable assembly quality and save cost.
